”Over a month ago I reserved a smoke free room and when I got there on 10-14-17 they only had a smokers room left which was so unpleasant and the bedspread had nail polish on it and was not the cleanest, and the room smelled terrible. JoAnn Schaeffer”

”Room was clean, bed was comfortable, towels & wash clothes were provided. No soap but I always bring my own. They have cookware to purchase if you plan on having an extended stay. Paper towels, silverware or plates aren’t provided. Overall for my quick visit it was great !”

”Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. We are accustomed to staying in places wear as a paying customer our basic needs are met! We did observe a housekeeping cart in the hallway, we express to the young lady at...

”The room had cobwebs in every corner, wall paper peeling off the wall, furniture broken, door to the room was broken, the rug was coming up, tv didn’t work. They don’t clean your room daily and do they not bring new towels when you request or care that things are broken or don’t don’t work.”
