”Very nice place to stay!! The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The decor was very quaint. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. Breakfast each morning was delicious. They had homemade pie and ice cream in the refrigerator that we enjoyed in the evenings…what a treat! A couple cons…the shower drain was very slow. The bed pillows were way too poofy for us. ”There's nothing to really like,except it was less expensive than other hotels in area - supposed to be a balcony room, it wasn't. Continental breakfast was gross- some staff friendly ,others rude and obnoxious- would pay a little extra to stay at better hotel - would not go back , the reviews l read warned me , but had to find out on my own - I'll trust the reviews next time”

”The cottage was super ‘comphy’ and perfect for the two of us and had everything that we needed! The owner was fantastic and told us about all the things that we should do while there! Our pup was very welcomed and I knew he was safe if we needed to leave him for dinner. It wasn’t far from Camden/ Rockland/Rockport, which is where we spent a lot of time when not at the cottage. We will definitely suggest it to others and be staying with them again!!”

”The Elms is an historic inn conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Camden with free parking. Traffic gets congested in peak season so this is a plus. Breakfast was delicious, healthy and hearty, served on the patio. A perfect place for a quick visit to Camden!”

I found the experience to be a good value given how much less you get for the same price closer to Bar Harbor.”
