”Halls, stairs, floors, doors are filthy and nobody cleans. We were told to leave the beach b/c they had to put a concert all staff was put on that the next day not one single umbrella was put up. W/o the beach there was no room at the pool. Two days were lost due to this concert which was for VIP and not guests. Horrible and certainly not “Resort & Spa” worthy. ”
