”My room smelled pretty bad like body odor and the carpet was sticky. I tried to open a window to air out the room, but they're locked shut. additionally the wood furniture in the room is pretty beat up.
These are the reasons I rated the stay poor. The staff was excellent as was the food and drink. Please get the rooms squared away.”

”The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given.”
