Bayside bayfront condo

Bayfront Condominiums at Kontiki Beach are located on Aransas Bay where visitors have access to an 800-foot fishing pier located to the north of the property. It is available for your fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the 600 building and the boat ramp which is used by Bayfront, Beach Resort, Fulton Beach Landing, and Sea Shell Shore tenants and visitors. There are fish cutting stations on the piers, and barbecue grills for outdoor cooking.
Bayfront 203 features two master bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft to accommodate up to six guests. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed. The downstairs bathroom's tub and toilet are separate from the vanity area.  The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, and the accompanying bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway. A dual sink vanity is outside of the toilet/bathtub. The loft features a sloped ceiling and holds two twin beds. A washer/dryer are located in a hallway closet area. The condo's private balcony overlooks the bay. The main living room area features large windows and doors leading to that private deck, as well as to a sandy area. From the deck, visitors can see the large pier extending out to the bay.
