Escape to The Reserve at St. Charles Bay for a perfect Rockport getaway! Nestled on the canal, this 3BR/2BA home boasts a private boat dock and a waterside patio perfectly suited for alfresco meals. Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).

Return home to unwind by the gas firepit in your secluded courtyard. The spacious single-level floor plan includes upscale furnishings, chic decor, and a gourmet kitchen.

Gather in the living area to watch a new movie on the 55-inch TV. The plush sofa converts to a full-size sleeper, and large windows provide gorgeous canal views. Home chefs will appreciate the modern kitchen, appointed with spacious granite countertops and an island that seats four. Stainless steel appliances include a six-burner gas range. Share festive vacation meals around the table for 10 in the dining area. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

Sleep soundly in a king bed in the primary bedroom. A 50-inch smart TV allows you to stream shows on your preferred digital service. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the third bedroom holds a queen-size bed. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Lush landscaping creates shade and privacy in the front courtyard. Kick back in Adirondack chairs around the gas firepit. Make use of the gas grill on the back patio, then dine alfresco at the table for four as the sun sets over the canal. Your private dock provides a convenient launching point for boating adventures.

For a sun-kissed day on the sand, head to Goose Island State Park (0.6 miles) or Rockport Beach (11 miles). Discover a plethora of shopping and dining in downtown Rockport, just 11 miles away.

THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
