”The privately owned business is great for it's simplicity even with the kitchenette room. However, you should know that you need to bring your own cooking ware. There's also no vent hood above the stove. Plenty of hot water. As for getting new towels there's an additional person that makes the rounds. However, it may not be consistent so use the office number to let the owner know especially for any issues that pop up. It was a great stay for those 7 days. Pretty much all stores are close by...

”Check in was fast and easy. Clerk was very nice and informative. Room was nice, updated, and clean. The only downside was there were no dishes or utensils provided for the kitchenette. Otherwise, we would stay here again and def recommend!”

”Very nice clean hotel. Their pool was perfect, for all ages of kids! Also very clean in all parts of the hotel, especially our room! Great location for heading to the beach for the day, etc. Breakfast was basic, but still good! Staff was very friendly. We'll definitely be back, when we come to Rockport. ”

”The front desk guy was very kind, overlooking the fact that we had two kids with us and apparently the reservation was just for two adults, although I know I chose the correct number of people when I booked the the room. He was understanding and did not charge me extra. ”

”We reserved this hotel for my dad late notice, as we stayed down the road at the La Quinta, and him meeting us was short noticed. All I can say is it's a very nice motel. The rooms are clean, the lobby is cute, and the fishing pier is nice. There was some trash in the parking lot, but that's about my only complaint. Our daughters were able to go out there with their Papa and fish and see all kinds of cool things under the lights. I will say this is definitely more a fishing hotel. Or a good...
