”It was a decent place but the front desk was extremely helpful. Megan was really sweet and attended promptly to my request regarding the room. She was respectful and ensured that I had a pleasant stay. I appreciated that very much. Thank you Megan and the team.”

”They advertise a pool and it’s the middle of summer and it’s closed. Also, their mention of a breakfast we all in and there are 2 different cereals a waffle machine maker an apple and orange juice machine which dispenses only water. Very disappointing.”

”We had 2 rooms. 1st of all to start 1 of the keys didn't open the door and we had to go back to the lobby to get it fix. Then as soon as we enter the room it had a very terrible odor. We ask for 2 rooms and I ask to have connecting rooms well I didn't get my request. Pool was close for maintenance and hotel needs an update.”

”My room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I noticed the elevators needed cleaning in the corners and around the edges. Looks like a mop only hit the center. Went down for breakfast this morning and lady walked out and said, “we will be open in a few minutes. Sign says, 6:30 am but floor had just been mopped and was wet. It was 6:30. No one in there. No coffee stand so fixed a cup of decaf in the room. Didn’t really want decaf…..checked out and went out to breakfast……”

”based on the price and the google maps photos, i wouldnt go into this expecting too much. it's close to kings dominion (a short walk through the connected parking lot) which was all i really wanted. so that was cool. but the room had a weird, unpleasant smell in it and it didnt seem to be kept up with much at all. there wasnt even soap in the bathroom hand soap dispenser.”
