”Loved how clean it was also good breakfast nice pool and friendly staff the only thing I didn't like was someone in the room above us woke up on the last day we stayed and was making a bunch of noise but was not the hotel's fault just be mindful of other guest if you are a early bird or like to stay up late besides that very good stay would definitely book again.”

”I drove from out of state and without question they let me have an early check-in. The entire building, including our rooms smelled fresh and good and were very clean. They have a lot to choose from on their continental free breakfast. All in all this place was pretty perfect. I will continue to stay here. All the amenities work and even the pool was clean.”

”The grounds were filthy. Cigarette butts in front of my room door that had clearly been there for quite some time. Curtain in disrepair, bathtub faucet running constantly. Just overall gross!”

”No ice machine. No tissues, no paper towel. No toiletries. Dead roach under bed, visuable from door. Can feel & hear springs in bed. Pubic hair in tub drain. Pet waste can hasn't been emptied in a while, it stinks from 10 ft away & there are no pet waste bags available to clean up our dog's poo. Poo everywhere in the dog walking area. A/C works great. Fridge is spacious and cold. Door locks. 6/26/26 Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. $200 a night? Never again.”

”The hotel is in a great location. It’s at walking distance from eateries. Right behind the hotel to the right on the alley way is a great Mexican little trailer truck/restaurant. In the front of the hotel is a great chicken eatery, and across the street there is restaurants and the harbor walk. Night life there is great! Now to the rooms.. The beds are comfortable, clean, and spacious. You can’t beat the price for a good clean room. The pool area is great and the best part is that it’s next to...

”Traveled with 2 adults and 1 child (12). The property well maintained and clean. The breakfast was a great start to a busy day. I really enjoyed the location being within 10 minutes or less from anything you need and more. I recommend Henderson Beach for public access but if you see a PMC parking lot, and need close parking access, it’s worth the fee. I will definitely stay here again!”
