We booked a 2 queen room non smoking for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Check in: they couldn’t find my reservation so I had to get with expedias tech support to help get this resolved. They did however end up resolving it fairly quick. ”Firstly when I looked online I thought the area was decent but when we got there it was mostly drug addicts. The cops got called a few rooms down from us scaring my wife. The whole hotel was falling apart inside and out and it had an odor. The customer service was terrible as well, the ladies at the desk had an attitude anytime we tried to talk to them or ask for something.
