”Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. They also were unable to get an outside company...

”At first we weren’t sure about having the bar so close to us but was a nice addition to our week! We went to trivia night and had fun with most of the family and found ourselves enjoying the sunset many nights there. The house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to spread out our big crew but also enjoyed every meal together. Del answered any questions we had and was very hospitable. ”This property is amazing! It is set in the hills of the Ozarks not far from the lake and shopping, but very private on 3 acres bordered by woods, creek and hay field. We had too terriers with us and they roamed until their hearts were content and had a real time trying to catch a groundhog. It was a great adventure for them and totally wore them out.The check-in was flawless, as Cindy had the lights on and house ready for us. ”This was our 2nd time staying here! Great location, perfect size. I don’t think anyone had stayed there for quite sometime. It needed a deep clean. Base boards pretty dirty, lots of hair in bathroom in corners. The bedroom sheets could be replaced. Very worn and little balls all over them. Host is wonderful tho and responsive. We will definitely stay again when coming for fishing tourney on the Ozarks! ”
