”Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!”

”This was the perfect place for a summer vacation! Nice and cool. The resort shuttle was extremely helpful getting to downtown and giving us suggestions. We parked our car and the only time we needed it was when we left town. Would stay here again!”

Yep and we paid holiday rates and have an email about 11a checkout with parking included til 12n. Nope. Dirty floors and woodwork so had to wash your feet before bed. Holes in the bathroom door where towel hooks used to be, missing lightbulbs. Mattress too small for the bed resulting in constantly running into the footboard and bruises. Advised front desk and...

”The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't...

”The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”
