”Beautiful grounds, accidentally appointed room and fabulous staff”

”The grounds are stunningly beautiful. The room was clean and the staff were very inviting. The room had a mini fridge, but no microwave. There was a microwave, as well as cold filtered water and cups just a short walk down the hall.”

”Room was ready earlier than check in time and we couldn’t register to go in. We had a wedding to attend and get ready for and we were still not allowed to enter the room even though it was clean. It was the only place that had a room available that night so we had to take it but would not stay there again.”

”The property is not swank but succeeds on so many levels. Staff are attentive, rooms are comfortable, breakfast is sufficiently varied. Lots of free parking and a clean pool.”

”Lovely room in a historic house downtown Rockport. Close to the headlands, shops, restaurants, beaches, and theater. Friendly professional staff, clean rooms beautifully decorated, quiet & relaxing. On site parking made the visit completely stress free. Will be back soon !”

”POSITIVES: Breakfast choices were reasonable for a continental breakfast Beds were comfortable but our room was in the process of being renovated Staff was helpful NEGATIVES: - The property is a MOTEL (not a hotel) and this is clearly stated on the sign leading to the property - There is NO RESTAURANT on site despite the Expedia ad saying there is - The motel is located next to a very busy highway on one side and a much quieter street on the other. Our room was on the busy highway side...

We were disappointed we didn’t have more time and discussed booking it again for a whole weekend! It was dif type of check in than I was used to, but went so smoothly.
