”Cute space with good character, in a convenient location and wonderful little neighborhood. Close access to what makes Wilmington an attractive destination. Perfect communication from the property manager, easy parking, and so on.Unfortunately the interior space was a little dirty when we arrived. Hair on the floor, especially in the bathroom, and around baseboards throughout that house. Peeling paint, open screw and nail holes in walls, broken kitchen sink facet—hanging down. Shabby all around....

”When we got in, the place had a distinct smell of smoke that took opening the windows and doors to get it to disperse. Since it looked like it was cleaned that day, that would have been nice to know about the smell. The grill is shared by the front unit and located there as well, so it’s pretty inconvenient, and the outdoor area is just a barren small plot behind the house. The price was great for the unit, but the description was far from the best.”
