Yksityiset loma-asunnot – Rocky Point

”This place is lovely. Clean, pretty, obviously loved and cared for by the owner. The bedding and towels are luxury quality and there are so many towels, pillows, blankets. So many dishes, pots, utensils , even a water dispenser. Entertainment inside and out. Large TVs, books, games, fire pit. The landscaping is like going to a small botanical garden. I didn't have a chance to go to the private beach. The owner was a pleasure to interact with.”

”Excellent host and peaceful getaway. I highly recommend!”

”Had such a nice weekend. Came for a friends wedding, on Labor Day weekend, the price was unmatched!! A few steps from the water. Down the street from the venue. Huge house. Beautiful kitchen. Very clean. Host was very communicative and accommodating. AC in every single room. Perfect weekend.”

”it was a great experience to have with. my girlfriend loeved how nice nad cool it was and how it felt like we had our own mini comfy apartment”

”The room was very comfortable, and check in was smooth. I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). But the amenities were great, and the temperature was good, even though it's a basement unit.”

”The house was clean. Some small details would improve this even more. For example, having some body wash in the bathrooms would be nice for people who have to come in from a flight. Overall it is a nice VRBO.”

”Overall property was very nice! Was perfect for the weekend and the host was very quick to reply to any questions I had. Great experience. Lots of parking for multiple cars . The fire pit was a very nice bonus and the putting green was a big hit.”

”It all starts with the host, Louis, who is outstanding. He allowed my brother to do a walkthrough of the property months before we showed up. Louis communicates effectively and efficiently, and responds immediately. The fridge was initially stocked with breakfast essentials, there was wine in the dining room table and beverages in the small fridge. There were towels and bathrobes in every closet, and essentials in every bathroom and shower. This property is everything it’s advertised to be, a...

”V1 church was nearby ”

”The property is beautiful and was everything we would want for our vacation. I have rented a number of homes for vacation, but never had coffee, razors, mouthwash and other household goods available for guests. A wonderful touch.”

”I was disappointed. The kitchen was not stocked as stated and we had no access to washer that is in the profile. My granddaughter eats on the run and we had no broom to clean up after her. The rooms were adequate and the yard was pleasant. For what I spent I shouldn’t have had to run out for anything. When I spoke to Reggie when we arrived the issue of cleaning supplies seemed to be of no concern for cleaners come in after we leave but what bout while we were there if it is expected that quests...

”Property was in easy walking distance from the village which made morning coffee runs a breeze. Very clean accommodations and large back yard.”

”Understand that this was during The Ryder Cup and cost was up, but no matter what was paid there are some issues with the property everyone should understand if they plan to reserve. This is an old house that has not been refreshed or well maintained. It was not professionally cleaned before our arrival. Linens were fresh and clean, but the kitchen, fridge, floors and cabinets are dirty. We found pills under side tables for example. One room locks with a pad lock and key. The bathroom door...

”**Overall lowest experience of all vacation rental experiences** Pros: - Out-of-season pricing (in-season is total rip-off), - Relatively clean - Safe community - Comfortable beds - Decent bathrooms - Good AC (except for noise - see below) Cons: - Front & Rear door locks both beeped and auto unlocked at the same time at midnight on the last night - Cheap shades in bedrooms didn't fully cover windows - Under-furnished. Despite red flags in reading reviews & owner responses on there not being...

”Just awesome”

”House has so much character, I rent 7-8 weeks per year and every home is different. This house is the most organized I have ever been in but also the most character.Every room brings you to different place, the furniture is beautiful. Home is spacious.Grounds are larger than most in the Hamptons. Pool is spectacular!”
