”To take a historic building (a bank) and turn it into a modern day Vrbo is impressive. But incorporating pictures and pieces from the past into the decor was unexpected and amazing. The location is perfect (center of town). It is within walking distance of most restaurants and places you will want to explore. Not only would I recommend staying here, but I look forward to returning later this year. ”

”Our daughter lives in Knoxville, about a mile from this rental. This is our second stay here and we will be back yet again in the future. It is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities listed. We do not use the upstairs and never have, so I can’t comment on that, but it also looks large and very clean. The back desk and the little covered patio area off the living room are especially useful and appreciated.”

”My husband and i got married in downtown Knoxville. This rental was so close to our wedding venue. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. Great building and neighbors. We walked to Gay Street for dinner and then walked around Market Square with some ice cream. This reantal has the best vibes and you cant get a much better location! Highly recommend it.
