”Lisa at front desk was excellent. Friendly, and accommodated us with a ground floor room and Dining options. Easy parking, enjoyed the pool. The room was excellent. Comfortable Beds, very clean and nice balcony out back for a quiet read. Very nice breakfast in the a.m. to get you started.”

”Loved the ambience of this house filled with so many period features. Even better were our hosts David and Lindy who went out of their way to obtain help for me when I fell ill during the night and required hospitalization. The following day, David drove my partner to the hospital to pick me up. A stay at The Laurels is like visiting with old friends, sitting in the living room with other guests of an evening with a glass of wine and a selection of snacks. Breakfast could not have been better....

”The shower was hot with great water pressure and I loved the body wash and shampoo and conditioner. The bed was very comfortable. We had access to a variety of streaming platforms. The room was very clean. Easy access from carpark. I just wish the parking wasn't so expensive. Staff were lovely.”

”We booked 5 rooms for a family getaway for the weekend. The rooms were comfortable enough. However TVs did not work in 4 of the rooms. We had a pleasant saturday afternoon doing the wine tasting at the Cellar Door. The restaurant was not opened for breakfast. All in all, a nice weekend.”
