The carpet in the hallways looked liked they really needed cleaned and some trash on floor was there all weekend, including dirty dishes by room doors.â
âI forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Donât understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. â

âThe property was great for being one of the last hotels in town with vacancy. We made the mistake of trying to go to a Reds game the same weekend as a music festival. But this hotel had availability at a decent rate and was away from all the traffic. Free parking. Check-in was easy. Free breakfast. And thereâs even a public bus called the SouthBank Shuttle Trolley that cost $2 one way or $4 all day and will drop you off right in front of the park. Canât ask for much more than that!â
âThe property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. I suggest parking you car in the beautiful parking garage for your stay then walk or take public transportation (very convenient). This property...
âPerfect lo cation for music festival at paycor. Walking distance amazing. We had a stand up shower and it didnât look like it was washed out after the last people stayed. Minor but I shouldnât have had to do it. Everything else amazing.â
âThe hotel offers nice, clean rooms, and we loved the breakfast. It is located in downtown with many options of dining around. One thing we havenât been aware, it was that no refrigerator in the room and we couldnât request one because we've booked the room through a third party. However, we realized that we donât need a refrigerator as we had an ice machine close to our room to keep the drinking water cold. I recommend â
