”The breakfast was okay. Waffles and pancakes available but none of the individually wrapped bread items were dated and did not taste good. Egg patties and sausage for hot items. A lot of sweet things no so much savory. Clean property and rooms, we really liked our king suite with the bunk beds-perfect for traveling with a tween and teen. The kids enjoyed the pool. Not much interaction with staff besides checkin-you didn't see much of them. Layout could be a little confusing and the upstairs...

”The night staff that checked us in were pleasant. But after that the service was terrible, front desk in the morning belittled us. The room had an odour that wouldn’t go away. The tub wouldn’t drain and they wouldn’t switch rooms. There was black gunk that ran out of the tap. No hospitality. ”

”We had 3 rooms 1. Floors had not been cleaned in bathroom - contact on floor, main area - clumps of mud on floor 2. Alcohol bottles under the bed 3. Asked for room to be cleaned since we were there 4 nights- did not happen, the comforter was a mattress protector - didn’t get a comforter until last night and was not put on bed just given to us, the thermostat did not work and maintenance was not available on Monday”
