Unique Botique
The PMI was very clean and comfortable. Owners were great and their service and that of the staff was superb. A very unique and fun place to stay. Lake Huron could have been warmer (Ha!). Hope to return next year (we come up from Florida each year).

The staff was incredible. Very personable. Candi made a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Beautiful view on Lake Huron. Larry the owner went out of his way to make us feel comfortable.

A woderfully quirky place that is a welcome respite to traveling. Very beautiful and relaxing. The hosts are very gracious and welcoming and tuely care about you and the environment around them, an amazing place for sure, ill be back.

Ann Inn with something for everyone .
From the moment we walked in the door, we were Family. Larry and Cindy quickly pick up on each guests strengths and personality. They learn about your family by giving each guest personal attention. They set an environment that encourages all Guest to interact together. IE….puzzles, games , books , discussing decorations and artifacts, music etc.. if you like quiet there are many Beautiful spots to getaway. There is a place for everyone. We had a wonderful time and we plan to return with friends. We missed seeing the Purple Martins but this Inn did not disappoint. Larry and Cindy are the best.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Purple Martin Inn. Everything was very clean and the rooms cozy. Cindy and Larry were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcomed. The Inn is right on Lake Huron with a great bike trail right in front of the Inn. We will definitely return.

Excellent Night's Sleep
Very clean room with a very comfortable bed and awesome breakfast, but the room was a bit chilly.

The stay was fantastic. The room was smartly furnished while the inn itself was surprisingly spacious and incredibly decorated. The hosts were excellent and as engaging as the decor. A definite must return.

Eclectic, lovely, many places to sit with a different view! Very clean - Cindy and Larry were wonderful hosts - very kind and engaging we really felt at home and very comfortable. There's a 6 mile path along the water right out your door. Not to mention the beautiful sunsets and spontaneous beach party!

Cindy and Larry are great hosts, make you feel at home. Loved the lakefront setting, the great breakfast, getting to visit with the hosts and other guests. The beds were a little too soft for our taste, but we slept comfortably. A really unique lodging.

The property is charming and every nook and cranny includes an inviting curiosity. The backyard proximity to Lake Huron and the breathtaking views from the inn are amazing. This is the place for relaxation and rejuvenation. Breakfast is scrumptious and the hosts are awesome... can't wait to return! Thank you Purple Martin Inn!

Very eclectic environment. Very nice town. If you like something different this is the place. Right on Lake Huron with easy access to a good restaurant. Not a mainstrean place but very nice!

This place is just ok. It has eclectic décor and furnishings. Pros: It is close to the Huron Sunrise bike trail and Lake Huron, the breakfast ladies were really nice. The cons: the wash cloths were like sandpaper, nobody met us when we arrived, light streamed into our room all night through high windows that weren't covered, on a 3 night stay our room was never cleaned, my sheets were paper thin and old.

I stayed at the Purple Martin for two nights in July. I stayed in the green room which has a fabulous beach view. Larry and Cindi are awesome they out of their way to make you comfortable and are super people. The property is fabulous with a mix of country, industrial and eclectic everywhere you look there is something new to see. I had a great stay and would recommend.
