The lower level hosts the bunk room and a game room with pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, and big-screen TVs, spilling onto a patio with a hot tub and fire pit. The third level offers two king bedrooms, while the fourth-level loft has twin beds with a trundle — perfect for kids. With decks on every level, generous common areas, and thoughtful amenities, there’s plenty of room to gather or find your own quiet nook.

• Pets: Up to 2 housebroken dogs over 1 year old are allowed with a fee (no cats).
