”The front desk girl was no helpful or welcoming. However, the concierge team was lovely and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean and placed well in the community.”

”The staff were amazing - every single one of them were kind and helpful. Location was great for what we needed, the room was spacious and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The only complaint we had was the carpet & loveseat felt disgusting or greasy, to the point we wore shoes the whole time and didnt touch the couch, and the patio door would not open due to the floor or carpet being buckled. For a last minute booking it worked out but we probably wouldn't stay there again due to the grimy...
