”I had a lovely time at the Juniper! My room felt very clean and I liked the bed and the hygiene items, no gummy bar soap! The staff were very nice, as well. I wish there was a hot tub, but that’s about it!”

”★★★★★ A comfortable stay I'd happily repeat
I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western University Inn Santa Clara. The rooms were spotless and well kept every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they were always quick to help with anything I asked for. Breakfast had a great spread with plenty of choice, and it was a good way to start each day. Parking was easy, with plenty of space. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

”Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done?
Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it.
The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too...

”I really like that everything was clean and you are provided with all the basic stuff you need while staying at a hotel. The only thing I wish I knew was their house keeping policy, I was not aware that you have to stay 5 days minimum in order to receive house keeping to your room. Luckily it was not the end of the world and did not taint the room itself as it was still very lovely, clean and welcoming.”
