Villa Spark with pool is a 4* fully equipped, tastefully designed property that provides a comfortable stay to our guests who fully enjoy the privacy of their stay. Our somewhat rural location offers complete peace, while we are again located perfectly centrally in order to easily explore all the interesting must see locations that this part of central Dalmatia abounds.
Villa Spark with pool is a 250 m2 large detached building of two floors with a large, equipped and cultivated yard of 660m2 and parking which is free. In nature it consists of three units that are rented entirely. The facility is fully equipped and air conditioned to provide a comfortable stay, and the contents include: 2 dishwashers, 4 refrigerators, washing machine, small household appliances such as coffee maker and others, 5 flat screen TVs, 5 air conditioners, 4 parking spots, outdoor furniture, outdoor grill, entertainment facilities: billiards, Play Station, trampoline, free Wifi and pool of 28 m2, ....
All facilities as well as bed linen and towels are included in the price and there are no additional costs upon arrival.
Every morning in front of the house is coming van with fresh, warm bread, milk, yogurt, newspapers and so on. You'll recognize it by the sound of trumpets.
Public order - quiet hours are 10 pm-8am.
Noisy parties and celebrations are not allowed.
We are located in a small coastal Dalmatian village Zečevo which is part of the Rogoznica Riviera, which is located halfway between Split and Šibenik, and we are 30 kilometers away from the SPU airport. Rogoznica is a beautiful place of indented and diverse coast that is very popular among lovers of Dalmatia and nautical because here is one of the best marinas in this area, and the place and its surroundings abound with facilities: shops, restaurants, cafes, ...
Given the interesting environment, we suggest that when planning a stay, explore and include in the plans some of these suggestions:
- A visit to Split, Trogir and Kllis Fortress, which are under the protection of UNESCO and were also the location of the filming of the planetarily popular series Game of Trones, and in themselves are really beautiful.
- Excursion to Skradin and Krka National Park, the river island of Visovac with the monastery, Roski Slap and the park itself where you can swim with waterfalls ...
- Boat trip to the Kornati National Park - a mix of many islands with beautiful almost unreal views and beaches of untouched nature
- Excursion to Šibenik, visit to the fortress of St. Michael, the cathedral of St. Jacob and the fortress of St. Nicholas at the sea gate
- Visit to Primosten with perfect beaches, reminiscent of the popular Rovinj and the lookout of Our Lady of Loreto with a beautiful view
