”This was a lovely place to spend a night catching up with some family--it was a meeting point for us coming from different directions. The rural-ish but neighborhoody surroundings, and the beautiful canal and walking paths along it, were lovely and relaxing. A nice respite from the city. The house itself was cute and homey. The only issues we had were that the hot water wasn't working; we didn't try using it until about an hour before we planned to depart, so I suspect the host would have been...
