Located in a private cul-de-sac, the villa is just a 10 minute walk to Ciudad Quesada and under a 15 minute walk to Benimar. Both areas have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants and the closest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. The village of Benijofar and town of Rojales is under a 5 minute drive away.

This charming villa boasts a near 400m2 plot and a large 8x4 private pool. Large outside space with a shaded BBQ area, comfortable seating area and sun loungers around the pool. Upon entering this all on one level villa you are welcomed by a pleasant front terrace with glass curtains which can be opened for the summer. On the inside you will be welcomed with a spacious and homely living room adjoined with an American style kitchen and a separate utility room. From the hallway you'll find all 3 spacious bedrooms, main bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a second bathroom in between the other 2 bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and aircon units.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
