”The property is centrally located for a visit to Sarasota. We had the junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. The pool and fitness center are very nice. The facility is definitely outdated and nothing “special”, although they try to dress it up with colorful decor. The maid service was subpar, they never came on day one and didn’t come until late afternoon day 2. Neither day did we receive new towels. Remaining staff were all very friendly. ”They just had instant oatmeal instead of cooked like they used to. Otherwise everything was good. The low rating is due to the extremely noisy room I had on the first floor at the end of the hallway next to the ice machine and outside entrance. ”

”The hotel is a happening place with both lobby and poolside entertainment. It's located downtown near all the best restaraunts. The valet parking is also convenient. My only "complaint", which the hotel is aware of, is that the bed headrests are showing serious wear and tear, so much so that there is a sign on them saying, while clean, they know they should be replaced. Hopefully, that sign won't be there a year from now.”

”The hotel is in a great area… and I could tell that it had once been lovely… but it’s showing signs of age: stains, cracks, and water that just doesn’t get hot enough. The room configuration was awkward with not nearly enough storage space. And, while the bed was comfortable, the pillows were lifeless, flat, and floppy…and the comforter much (!!!) too heavy. Due to making a 2nd reservation for the same night at a too similar Name/description of this hotel you /Expedia list vs. the Springhill Suites in Bradenton (102 12th st, bradenton). So I paid for a reservation for a room i didnt use and tring to get reimbursed even for a credit with Expedia for a future trip. If you can assist with this request, i would be most grateful.”
