”Very clean and also very pleasant staff. The garage situation was confusing, requiring a room key to get in, but the initial arrival area was so disorganized that it was a real hassle. We also had very loud upstairs neighbors, a middle of the night phone call, and the room’s air conditioning unit was very loud when kicking on once the surrounding got quiet that it kept waking us up every 10-15 minutes.”

”Well maintained and staffed. A bit tricky to get to from certain directions. Breakfast was pretty mundane and on Sunday morning, it was pretty much decimated by 845am. Apparently they weren't prepared to keep up with all the youth soccer players staying at the hotel. Some items restocked by 915 but still on sparse side”

”This hotel is in the middle of downtown Austin. It is very loud and has a lot of homeless in the area. There is construction right. Ow and it was very difficult to get to the property.
Check-in was great. Helpful customer service.
Parking is $55 for self parking. I was told if I wanted to valet it would be $75.
The location is right by I-35. Be mindful of this because there is the freeway noise, the construction noise, construction.
The room “looked” clean. But, we all had red bumps that...
