”Kathy was a terrific host and neighbor! Her communication and urgency to resolve a minor issue with the hot water heater on check-in were reassuring. Her advice on local restaurants and features was spot on, like the lifelong resident that she is.The property is extremely quiet and private, exactly what we were looking for.If you're attending an event at Meadow Brook Amphitheater (30 mins away), this is the perfect choice. This is an older renovated property. It's done well throughout and...

”The house was very clean and decorated so nicely. We really enjoyed our stay. Only recommended change I have is add a bar in the bathroom. I was traveling with my elderly parents and getting in and out of the tub was challenging for them. ”

”Our daughter got married at Pine Knob, and we used this property to host her and her bridesmaids in the lead-up to the ceremony. It suited that purpose beautifully, with guests especially enjoying the variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for eating and visiting with each other. There was plenty of room for getting hair and make-up done, and the house and yard provided many lovely and interesting backdrops for photos. The house was spotless, and there was ample parking and a well-equipped...

”Perfect place to stay for events at Pine Knob and Great Lakes Crossing. Plenty of space and very clean and charming. The house is very welcoming and that makes it harder to leave when the stay is over. Would definitely stay again”

”clean house and nicely redone.”

”Beautiful accommodation and property. The place was perfect for our friends getaway (6 adults, 7 kids). Mark and Calle were incredibly accommodating and made the week so memorable for the kids.”

”Host was amazing with check in and check out instructions and had a lovely cozy home!”

”Property lawn was not mowed before our arrival. Grass was at most, a foot tall. It took several calls to get it mowed the following day. We were very disappointed. Neighbors told us they had asked the host to mow two weeks prior to our arrival. Negligent.Ladder on the dock is extremely dangerous and difficult to use. Needs to be replaced.Picnic table was peeling paint, splinters, and unusable.Easy fixes to make this an enjoyable stay. This place just needs a little love.”

”Great experience in all regards. Inside was beautifully designed and decorated. The host was proactive and detailed in all communication. We will definitely look to stay there again if we are in the area.”

”Property was so clean and inviting! Perfect layout and amazing access to the private lake! Everything about this property was thoughtful for guests. Did not skip a beat at hosting! Thank you so much for the stay, we will be back hopefully!”

”Very well managed property, good location, very clean, nice decor and cozy vibe, great outdoor area with plenty of seating and fire pit. Just a really nice property with a great host, we would definitely rent it again.”

”The property was beautiful and private. It was clean and comfortable and easy to find and check in. The hosts were warm and friendly and accessible. I would recommend and would love to stay again.”

”We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The host was communicative and responsive. The living space is open with perfect travel flow between the spacious kitchen and two nicely appointed, comfortable living spaces. Bedrooms are welcoming and afforded us all good sleep. We enjoyed the wooded view of the backyard - wish we’d had more time for a camp fire - maybe next time!”

”We had a water issue , property mgr addressed quickly. Property is updated but still very worn. There is no towel bar in bathroom, so no where to put towels. Walls are pretty beaten up and dirty along with stairs. ”
