”Very nice, clean, and pet friendly home in quiet lake front community. Not too far from many wineries and parks. Hot tub in the evenings was a perfect way to wind down. Helpful hosts who communicated just enough and had plenty of toiletries and accommodations for our dog.”

”There was a virtual check in machine that was a terrible experience. I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful.”

”I can't say enough about my stay here. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a front staff employee with an amazing personality and smile. She was very helpful explained where everything was and gave maps and handouts for all the fun things to do in the area. Housekeeping staff, kitchen staff and pool staff were very friendly as well, passing by them in the hall, in the breakfast and pool area they also greeted us with a smile and hello.
