Palacio San Gabriel is a wonderfully restored Spanish hotel. It's inside the old city of Rhonda and couldn't be more wonderful.

Really nice location and great staff. It's an older building so heating and cooling are an unavoidable issue. Wish there was more climate control in the room, especially later in the year. Loved our stay overall.

This is an old house so converted to a hotel so each room is different. Our room was fantastic with a 4-post bed and a beautiful tiled bathroom (fanciest bathroom of any hotel we stayed in this trip) Easy walking to all parts of Ronda. Hotel staff was very helpful both for local info and for planning a driving trip to other white hill towns. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stay in a classic 18th century mansion updated for 21stcentury,but still with the charm. Staff are excellent and will do anything to help. Totally walkable to everything you want to do in Ronda. Connected to the rest of Spain via train. I highly recommend the trains also

El concepto de casa antigua es muy interesante, y es muy bonito. La atención del personal, en especial Reme, es excelente. El lugar donde se ubica está perfecto. Las camas de las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y poco cómodas. Todo lo demás está excelente.

Such a perfect hotel for visiting Ronda
We saw the Boutique Palacio San Gabriel mentioned in a Rick Steves video, so in addition to trusting the rating on hotels.com, we also had Rick's "endorsement"! The hotel is very quaint, and so convenient to walking everywhere in Ronda. Driving and parking for this hotel was the most convenient and easiest of any of the cities we visited in Andalusia. Breakfast was delicious. The receptionists were helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed everything about staying here! Rick Steves was right!... AGAIN! :-)

This is a lovely place to stay. The location is wonderful -just near the new bridge but on a quiet side street and the hotel staff was AMAZING. They were flexible and attentive and just really lovely.

Ganz tolles Hotel in einem alten Gebäude mitten im ruhigen Altstadtkern! Toller Ausgangspunkt um Ronda zu erkunden, alles ist in 5-10min fußläufig zu erreichen. Es sollte mehr solcher toller Hotels geben!!

Unique hotel, great ambiance - like staying in an old manor. Friendly helpful staff. Nice sitting room and public areas. Only concern is if you are driving - the parking in front of the hotel for checkin is tight and the parking overnight is a couple blocks away paid parking.

Nice and central location
Cosy and centrally placed hotel in a historic building ind the old town. All was good except for the very thin walls and ceilings. So book at the 2.nd floor.

Lugar excelente para perderse por Ronda, muy atentos los de recepcion. Por poner una pequeña pega que aunque no me afectó, podría ocurrir cuando el hotel estuviese completo: las puertas "rusticas" conforme el ambiente, pero no guardan el aislamiento acústico que se le supone a un 4*.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, very clean, nice staff and excellent location and access to parking. However our room had 4 uncomfortably shallow steps to navigate between the bedroom / closet and the bathroom /room entry door. There were minor provisions (I.e shelf space, robe hooks) at this lower bathroom level so all of this up and down between dressing and bathroom areas made fro a very uncomfortable stay. Breakfast selections were limited especially if you don’t eat meat. Given the cost I wish I had opted out and purchased breakfast in town a few blocks away.

Excellent hôtel à Ronda
Très bel hotel proche des principaux points d'intérêts de la ville. La chambre est spacieuse et bien décorée en cohérence avec le style du bâtiment. L'accueil est sympathique. Pas de parking sur place mais un parking à 12€ la journée à proximité de l'hôtel.

Sehr traditionelles und zentral gelegen des Hotel. Das Hotel selbst ist schon fast einen Besuch als Museum wert. Sehr freundlicher Service und tolle Zimmer. Zudem liegt es sehr zentral zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Hôtel sympathique et agréable.
Hôtel situé dans la vieille ville proche du pont neuf. Décoré dans le style de la ville. Personnel très accueillant. Parking payant à quelques centaines de mètres à réserver sans hésitation car la ville possède beaucoup de rues piétonnes. Je recommande.
