”We stayed here for two nights with my wife. The location is great and the breakfast was nice. Also the hotel property is well maintained and the room is on good condition. However the room's air quality left a lot to be desired. Neither of us are sensitive to bad air quality but the both of us had our noses running. The ventilation for the room seemed to be inadequate and the bed sheets had a strong smell of chlorine on them. Overall not really good value for money. Would not recommend this...

”LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! This hotel is a magical place to stay in the center of Cusco. The views and balcony from our room were impressionable. The dining area balcony was beautiful from the morning breakfast to the evening glass of wine. The noise is true but that is expected when staying in this area. Solution, add some white noise in your room and bring ear plugs. You'll sleep like a baby. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure our breakfast was availble at 3:30am...

”From check-in to check-out we received very good service. The staff made sure we had comfortable stay in the hotel and in Cusco. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. The breakfast had several options and tasted good. The hotel is by a bigger road, but it didn't cause any problems and it was very close to the plaza and other major attractions.”

The owner was extremely helpfull and wanted to live great service also The breakfast was good. Hotel is located 1,5 km away from The historic centre so alla tours won't fetch you from this location but hotel Will help you with The bookings and they provide free airport transfer. Rooma are bit outdated and location is not best one but you will receive great service and you van support this...
