”What a wonderful villa with a pool and jacuzzi tub.The host was extremely easy to communicate with and was very gracious. Extremely clean, with great bedding, towels and amenities. Kichen was well stocked with a bbq grill outside near tge fabulous pool.Great area near shopping, restraunts and bars. And close to amazing sites.A must do. I would reserve this villa in a heartbeat.A definite favorite for us.23 minutes to FCO airport, and not far from Rome. ”

”This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!”

”I don't know why but our GPS jept trying to take us up the street. Once we got Fausto on the phone, everything was easy. The parking is small, even for a small car, but we managed with help. Lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tons of food and drink for purchase and some complimentary Continental breakfast items. The rooftop is beautiful as is the garden. There were some mosquitos that made it inside with us, but it was fine after about two hours. Thanks for making us feel at home!”

”My wife and I enjoyed our week long stay. The house, grounds and pool area are stunning and the location along the sea was incredible. Magic sunsets every evening. We chose to walk everywhere for restaurants and groceries but renting a car would be something we would do next time. Thanks to Leah and Massimiliano at L’Abbraccio just down the hill for being perfect neighbours. ”

”This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.”

”Beautiful villa, not at all tired or in need of update as per previous review comments. Nice decor and everything available for our stay. Pool and outdoor area are fantastic. Very hot so bonus to have air con in bedrooms. Very close to beach and easy walk to supermarket and restaurants. We did not have a car so some limitations with public transport to Rome but doable and train fare very reasonable. Vittorio very responsive to any query we had re transportation and kindly arranged a taxi for us....
