MANAGER/CONCIERGE/HOST... he is ALL of these things... and performs every position with APLOMB !!!... Man oh man... Dave checked me in and was a helpful host... IMMEDIATELY !!!!... The guy literally walked me to my room... brushing away palm fronds that dared to be in the way of our path !!!... On the way, he talked about the hotel, the amenities... He explained...
