This holiday home nestles at the end of a cul-de-sac, is surrounded by forests and was totally renovated in 2022. It is on the same land as the owners but is completely private and not visible. On the shaded terrace you will find a BBQ and many corners to relax. The swimming pool is shared with the owners and located about 100 meters from the house; it has a section for children (30 cm deep) and is closed. This place is ideal for a vacation with family or friends. The property is close to many centres and the closest one is La Bouverie 1.5 km away from where you can shop and eat. The other centre is 4 km away and Frejus is 8 km away. If you like watersports, then a visit to the Water Slide Water Park is 1.5 km away. There are many interesting tourist attractions that are worth visiting. With an elegant and refined, the 3 bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned, the master bedroom has its own shower room.
