Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living area, equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from May to October. Secure swimming pool (fenced)
- A 12 m² terrace facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).

- Nearest train station: Saint Raphaël, about 5 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nice, about 45 minutes by car
