The bedding is NEW and of excellent quality, 1 bedroom has a 180*200 cm bed, the other 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds 90*200, which can also be placed together to obtain a KING SIZE bed 180*200. In 2 bedrooms: television. PLEASE NOTE that SHEETS and TOWELS are PROVIDED. (Per person: 2 bath towels + 1 beach towel).

Villa with a 9 x 5 m heated swimming pool, secured by an automatic shutter, a private garage that can accommodate 4-5 vehicles, and a pétanque court. Its location is a major asset: stay just a 7-minute walk from the sea and a magnificent cove! The views are completely unobstructed, with the sea on the horizon omnipresent all day long... and this is true from every room of the villa, the garden, and the terraces.

Villa built in 2023-2024. It is bright and spacious, air-conditioned in every room, decorated with every modern comfort, and can accommodate up to 11 people (+ 2 babies). The bedding is new and of high quality. A double bed (180 x 200 cm) in 2 bedrooms + two single beds (90 x 200 cm) (placed together or separately) in the other 3. An extra bed (80 x 190 cm) is available if needed. 4 large televisions: one TV in the living room, and in 3 other bedrooms.

The Living Room (sea view) includes an equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob with integrated extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, 2 coffee machines (one NESPRESSO + one filter), pyrolytic oven and double fridge-freezer. Double table service (reception and daily).

The dining room opens onto a partially sheltered terrace with a table for 12. A plancha-style barbecue is available. On-site: a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, an ironing board, and an iron. Baby equipment is available if needed: a crib with mattress, a bathtub, a high chair, and more.

The exterior and pool are maintained once or twice a week by qualified staff.

Paid Option: The pool can be heated upon request, to a temperature of 28°C (from April 1st to October 30th). In this case, a supplement of € 150 per week is required. It cannot be heated from November 1st to March 31st.

For a 3-week stay = MANDATORY mid-stay cleaning (complete cleaning of the house + change of all sheets and towels (bath and beach) = 500 Euros (to be paid at the latest one month before arrival).

This villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 6 toilets. It is ultra-modern: its lighting system, its air conditioning (reversible + thermostat in each room) are silently diffused from the false ceilings; everything is new and of excellent quality: bedding, linens, and towels (provided for each stay), furniture, appliances, deckchairs, etc.
