This is a two bedroom apartment on a first floor with a lift. Its in the quiet Oasis complex, next to the golf course Club de Golf Playa Serena. The apartment is only 900 meters from the Beach, right next to the Nature Reserve of Punta Entinas, with garden areas, Swimming Pool and its own parking space. Its a small complex and quiet. Just outside the main gate is the entrance to the nature reserve where you can go for walks, bicycle or horse rides.
The apartment has one double bedroom with a double bed, and a single bedroom with two single beds. One bathroom on suite and a main bathroom. A Kitchen, washing room, Living Room and Terrace.
The Living Room and Bedrooms have Air Conditioning,
We are the Property Management company of this apartment with an office only 1,5 kilometer away, it is called "c.m.s" and we are here to hand over the keys to you, provide any service you need like transport, cleaning, laundry and any general maintenance. We have a 24hr Emergency number.
