Located on the fourth floor and accessible by lift, the apartment features an open kitchen equipped with all cooking essentials. The living and dining room provides comfortable seating, a dining table, flat-screen TV, and a single sofa bed. The bedroom includes a double bed and a single fold-away bed, while the bathroom features a bathtub with shower, washbasin, and toilet. Air conditioning and an air-to-air heat pump provide added comfort throughout the year.

The highlight is the huge rooftop terrace, where magnificent views can be enjoyed alongside garden furniture and a parasol. Guests can also make use of the shared illuminated garden and the outdoor swimming pool, which is shared with other guests and open from June through September. Public parking is available, while the building has a shared entrance and lift access.
