”NOT NEAR BEACH- beach a couple of kilometres away. One window couldn’t lock, another hadn’t been locked. Therefore, security an issue. Outside seating area had leaking roof, wetting chair cushions. Rooms & bathrooms were clean. Loads of games. TV large screen. Dining area spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Wonderful to have large garage providing safe area to pack and unpack, ready for days out. ”This a very well appointed property, with six bedrooms, 4 are in the house and 2 in an attached fully contained cottage. All appliances are of a high standard. The outlook from dining area is a paddock with cows that are joined by kangaroos in the morning. The actual front and back yards were disappointing as it appeared all the grass areas shown in the photos was non existent, only sand, perhaps the owners have plans for these areas.
