Our apartment located at Balcarce and Mendoza is extremely convenient for individuals visiting the city for business, courses, or those wanting to explore the main tourist attractions. Situated right in the heart of downtown, it's close to most administrative, educational, culinary, and tourist hotspots. We prioritize the functionality and simplicity of the space, ensuring you'll find all the essentials for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

New studio apartment in tower 2, 1st floor via stairs, with a large window facing an internal courtyard; Amenities: Electric stovetop, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, smart TV with Chromecast (no cable), WIFI, air conditioning (hot/cold), basic dishware and kitchen essentials, table, chairs, and a double bed; Provided items include sheets, blankets, 1 set of towels and a larger towel per person; toilet and kitchen paper, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid hand soap. While space is limited, we can accommodate up to 3 people by adding an extra mattress on the floor.
Typically, we only interact with guests during check-in and check-out of the apartment. However, we are always available to address any questions or situations that may arise, either through phone or in person if necessary. Feel free to reach out to us for anything you might need.
In the heart of the city center. Just around the corner from the beautiful Oroño Boulevard, which gives you access, on one side, to the riverbank and, on the other, to Independence Park. Only three blocks away from Cordoba Street, where a stretch of commercial establishments, partly pedestrian, takes you directly to the Monument to the Flag. On the same block, there is a grocery store, convenience store, green grocer, and a brewery. On the corner, you can find two bakeries and a renowned rotisserie. Within less than three blocks, you have all the other shops you might need in your daily life (hypermarket, pharmacy, stores, bars, etc.). The culinary hub of Av Pellegrini is only 500 meters away. You can also find the most frequented faculties of the National University of Rosario (UNR) and several private universities just a few blocks away, in addition to being very close to various clinics and hospitals. Everything is very close by.
Given its proximity to most points of interest in the city, the location is ideal for getting around on foot. Furthermore, the constant presence of taxis and proximity to various public transportation stops (buses and bicycles) makes it the perfect place to go anywhere if you don't have your own means of transportation. If you are coming by car, you should keep in mind that street parking is metered from 8 am to 8 pm and it can be a bit difficult to find a spot during working hours. If you want to leave your car in a private parking lot, the closest one with 24-hour service is only 150 meters away. The building also has a bicycle rack and space for parking small to medium-sized motorcycles.
