Our apartment near Rodríguez and Brown is ideal for those seeking modernity, practicality, and elegance. An apartment with everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Very close to Metropolitano (event room), the venue for numerous events and concerts, which are of great interest to visitors to the city.

Spacious and comfortable studio flat on the ground floor. Main space divided into dining and bedroom areas by a TV rack. Smart TV with Chromecast-like device (no cable), WIFI, air conditioning (heating/cooling). Dining set with 4 chairs, double bed (option of an extra mattress on the floor for a third guest). Separate fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower and bidet, 50-liter gas water heater. Provided with sheets, blankets, one set of towels per person; toilet paper, kitchen paper, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid hand soap.

Access is through the entry gate of the building, via an outdoor hallway. Entry to the apartment is with a smart lock and access code. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

We generally only see guests when handing over and receiving the apartment, but we are always available to resolve any questions or situations that may arise, either by phone or in person if necessary. Don't hesitate to contact us for anything you need.

At night, the neighborhood comes alive with strings of lights on the streets and crowds of people gathering to enjoy the area with the most vibrant cultural scene. But life doesn’t just happen at night. It is a neighborhood with a high concentration of shops, wholesalers, warehouses, and offices, so it is bustling at all hours.

Given its proximity to most points of interest in the city, the location is ideal for getting around on foot or by public bike, with stations very close by, perfect for going anywhere if you don’t have your own transportation. If you are coming by car, you should note that street parking is free but finding a spot can be a bit difficult. If you prefer to leave your car in a private parking lot, the nearest one, with 24-hour service, is just 200 meters away.
