”A second Coffeepad would have been great. Good Stay. Room was overheated when I came. Unnessesary, I made a reservation hours before. But it cooled down quickly with open door.”

”Parking was not available unless you wanted to move your car every two hours or risk unsafe areas. Breakfast was available at restaurant. Staff when onsite were great but often not there. Room was clean. Noise outside was terrible. No AC so windows were open. Will not be back.”

”When we arrived it was quaint. My issue was no hairdyrer which it said. There was hair on shower wall and the floor was a bit dirty. Nice area staff were nice. Will stay but probably in a larger cottage.”

”Wonderful property, great location. I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. Hopefully the staff will be better trained to handle customer complaint in an efficient and professional way. Will stay in the hotel again. Thanks.”

”It’s a beautiful condo. The only issue we had was the couch and pillows. They both had a bad smell and had stains on the bedding for the couch. They need to work on the bedding freshness. Otherwise love the location very nice condo inside.”

”When this room was booked it was the Astoria Crest Hotel, when I arrived it was The Herondale Hotel. They did not have my reservation from Expedia and the person at the "desk" was a little befuddled. The property is still under construction. Having said that, the room #123, was beautiful and well appointed.”
