It comprises a large, bright and friendly 60 m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as four bedrooms and four bathrooms with showers, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for everyone. There is also a pleasant garden of around 200 m².

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A bright 60 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area (direct access to the terrace)

- Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3: each with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room
