Walking distance from city center. Neighbourhood was little "scruffy" while there were construction going on nearby, but that didn't affect sleeping or anything.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't find check in time anywhere, but as I came to hotel at 11 am, they arranged me room right away!

Absolutely beautiful place, views were stunning. Unit was perfect. Is only suggest more pillows and perhaps a mattress topper. The bed was hard. But everything else was fantastic. ”This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom. ”
”Beautiful boutique hotel right by the sea. Everything was great except they don't have a shower at the beach or by the pool, so you can't clean up from the salt water. Also the street is very narrow, so it was quite frightening to drive there and find parking. Anyway a lovely place that I can highly recommend!”

”This place is for my non picky travelers (just to sleep). It is located right in the heart of old town, minutes from the beach and bus station. Erdi was a great host and he was very accommodating, if you need anything, just ask. Good AC! Internet not so great so dont even think about working, just enjoy Kotor. PS. The Balkan breakfast he offers is delicious. PLUS: he has a very nice cafe minutes away. I would definitely come back if Im ever in Kotor again.”
