If you want to stay in an interesting place with history and a lot of character, this is the place - if you don't mind that there is no restaurant or other services on site at this time and it is some distance from the town center. I so want this place to succeed, but it seems there are not enough visitors to keep up all services and...

”The room was ok but the location is great being in the middle of town not far from groceries and the main downtown area. There is a huge gap under the front door and the key system makes it feel a bit unsafe. The room was spacious, everything was in working order. The shower head was a needle-like spray so you couldn’t really put your face into it. Pillows are awful. The place is fine for the price, it just needs some updating.”

”Interesting large historic rustic inn. Room less than basic. No bathroom, no closet, no drawers. Very small. Bedsheets clean and crisp. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Parking convenient and no charge. Interesting and attactive grounds. ”
