”I very impressed but I will honest when we first pulled it looks very rustic but once inside it was very clean and the bed omg it was like sleeping on a cloud, we loved how we could freely walk the property and we really enjoyed the farm animals which are all very tamed even the chickens lol this place to rent especially if you have kids that go to Emory and Henry College we stayed graduation weekend my mind was at ease because we did not have to deal with any traffic”

”This was the perfect place for me and my family. The accommodations were as described and the peace and serenity of the view and critters were an added bonus. We enjoyed playing board games and enjoying one anothers company. The only negative was no wifi password was available, but that lent itself well to more family time, so not a major issue and possibly something I overlooked. We loved it and look forward to the next visit!”

”There was some confusion over reservation but host took care if it. Problem with water but host was getting it taken care of. Location was nice. Very steep dirt grassy driveway. Rain and snow could make it difficult if not impossible to to get up. No check in or check out instructions. No large garbage can outside. With all yhis said the host did all he could do to make sure we had what we needed.”

”We really enjoyed this property. It was just as pictured and described—clean and uncluttered, well-equipped kitchen, great living spaces, comfortable beds. The house is located in a beautiful setting just a few minutes drive from Abingdon, where we enjoyed the Farmers Market and a performance at the Barter Theatre. We look forward to staying again!”

”We had a wonderful time in this home! The host are amazing, they communicated everything perfectly! They are very sweet people. The only thing I would suggest would be to provide a few more basics for the future stays. When we got there there was only one roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms.. there was only a quarter roll of paper towels in the kitchen and provided minimal basics for the kitchen.
