”My flight ended up getting canceled so I booked this at the last minute. So happy and pleasantly surprised! The gentleman at the front desk was really nice and the room was clean and the bathroom worked completely brand new. It was a really good morning and I would definitely stay here again if that ever happens in the future!”

”Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

”The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, though the pillows were a bit too soft. Breakfast was what you’d expect, with clean serving areas and food set up thoughtfully with safety in mind. The pool was a nice bonus, and having a gas station and restaurants nearby was convenient. Parking wasn’t free, but the cost was reasonable. I would have appreciated non-dairy milk options and hot chocolate, but overall it...

”The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing.
Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.”

Construction workers worked during the night at 11pm and later and we could hear them sawing and banging on the floor below us. They are renovating the second floor and we were on the third floor. ”The bed was broken, and you could feel the coil springs through it, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the air conditioning unit wouldn't even turn on, completely dead, and, The wastebasket in the bathroom was full with the previous guests trash!!
I tried to tell the front desk about it in the morning, and she just seemed to not really care, although she did say "sorry".
I have stayed in lower priced accommodations and so I didn't have high expectations, but that was too many things wrong,...

”Pros: Room looked recently remodeled and the AC was really cold. Liked the kitchenette and extra shelving for storage.
Cons: Hotel charges $3 above booking price for "linens". Then had to take the linens back downstairs because they left all bath mats and no bath towels. Also they do not provide hand towels and all towels are extremely thin. Bed linens are extremely thin also.”
