”The lobby AC and hallway AC was broken we had a personal situation come up and had to check out early they didn't give back our money yet and maybe not still wait and Expedia left it up to the hotel still trying to get a refund I asked the staff at the front desk for a copy of out check out we got nothing now we have to get the bank in involve”

”Canceled my room and blamed 3rd party Expedia stating that card declined which was not true!! The hotel was over booked and instead of calling to confirm my arrival time, I’m sure they sold my reservation to someone else. Horrible experience as the receptionist argued in front of a packed lobby and began to humiliate stating if you have no money then your card declines!! Embarrassing to say the least and had to find another hotel in a panic as we travelled 3 hours and had early games for tourney...

”The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean but the ac in our room gave off a slight smell of mold. The ac was set at 78 and it was raining in Houston, so one can expect the room to be initially damp. However, all through the night I was coughing. At a minimum, the ac needs to be cleaned and the filter exchanged.”
