On the ground floor, the accommodation features a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen/bar, and a conservatory with access to the outdoor terrace. There are also two double bedrooms with air conditioning (one ensuite) and two bathrooms with showers.

From the outdoor terrace, a spiral staircase leads to the pool terrace with access to the beautiful Mediterranean garden, which includes a goldfish pond.

The apartment, with a separate entrance, features a double bedroom and a children's room in a sleeping alcove (with bunk beds), two bathrooms with showers, a kitchenette, and a living/dining room.

The apartment is located on the same level as the pool terrace.
